Tips and Rules:

1. The responsible party must be spelled correctly as this is an exact match.
2. Do not use wild cards as they will be considered to be part of the name.

Example: A search for John Smith must be entered as: John Smith.

Remember: If you search for John Smith, and it is entered in our database as John W. Smith, only incidents involving the responsible party John Smith will be listed. The responsible party on some incidents are entered as business names.
