Search Type

Description

Facility Search This search will help identify the facility you are looking for, and whether or not they have reportable quantities.
Substance Search This search will show all facilities in Oregon that posses the substances that you have chosen.
Substance Data by Program Search This search will show whether a substance is identified on the Extremely Hazardous Substance, Toxic Release Inventory, or Section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act list. Also, included is the hazardous ingredient in highest concentration and the hazard classification of the substance.
ID Number Search This search will provide the most complete information available for the facility you have identified, including the substances reported by the facility.

 

Limited Access Notification

Due to potential security issues, information on hazardous substances that have hazard classes listed below is not provided by individual facility. This information can be requested by contacting the Office of State Fire Marshal’s, Community Right to Know Unit at SFM.CR2K@state.or.us.
